Annual Agreement Includes:
  • Pool Membership (Boat Owner, significant Other & Children under 18 living at home)
  • Health Club Membership (Boat Owner & Significant Other over 18 years of age)

  • Launch & Pickup - Once a Day
  • Use of Reserved Courtesy Slip (Based on availability, transient rates are charged for Holidays & Special Events)

Boatel Storage & Drysail Rates:
Boats up to 30 ft. LOA:$ 3,500.00/yr. 
Boats 31 ft. to 40 ft. LOA:$ 3,900.00/yr. 
Boatel wash down.....$ .50/ft.
Boatel engine flush - Single....$25.00
1Boatel rates are determined by the vessel's LOA (length over all), which will be determined by Baltimore Marine Center and includes bow pulpits, swim platforms, outboard motors and any extensions from bow. All rentals require a lease.
2The Boatel is open from April 1st through October 31st
