Slip Rates:
- 40 ft .....................$6,300.00
- 52 ft .....................$7,600.00
- Electric is NOT included in Annual Slip Rates.
- Electric is monitored and billed monthly according to usage.
- Slip rates are determined by the length of slip or boat, which ever is larger.
- Boats larger then slip size will be billed and additional $140.00 per ft.
- All rentals requires signed lease.
